Engineers with plant operations/maintenance exposure in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Cement, or other core industrial sectors

Strong background in Electrical Design and Safety Management Systems

Working knowledge of chemical and process risk

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes What You'll Do

Deliver knowledge-based consulting to leading manufacturing corporates on Engineering Risk Management

Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 electrical engineers

Review electrical design plans and work schedules

Perform equipment sizing calculations (transformers, cables, switchgear selection)

Apply expertise in earthing systems, lighting systems, and lightning protection

Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems

Lead electrical safety audits and safety training programs

Working knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification (a plus, not mandatory)

Stay current with CEA Regulations, BIS, NFPA, IEC,



and IEEE standards

Liaise with clients and engineering teams to ensure projects meet specifications

Build and grow relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals

Continuously improve engineering processes and drive initiatives through cross-functional meetings

Research global best practices in engineering and risk management What You Bring

Hands-on plant and electrical fieldwork experience

Fluency in English

10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering across industries and commercial projects

Solid knowledge of CEA, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, and IS standards (NFPA knowledge is a plus)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and ETAP

Excellent client-handling skills, with the ability to support marketing teams on technical matters

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Additional certifications/licenses are a plus
