Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing and SEO Executive will lead and execute digital marketing and search engine optimization initiatives to increase online visibility, traffic, and qualified leads for Profshare™. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Pune, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, managing on-page SEO, performing SEO audits, and implementing link-building strategies aligned with business goals.

The role involves planning and optimizing digital campaigns, coordinating social media marketing activities, and tracking performance metrics using analytics tools. The executive will collaborate with content, research, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, improve user experience, and drive measurable growth in organic and paid digital channels.





Qualifications

- Proficiency in core SEO practices, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Link Building and ethical off-page optimization techniques.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits and implement structured improvement plans.
- Strong email Marketing and Social Media Marketing Expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in SEO or digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B, research, or qualified services industries is beneficial.

Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory experience in the Market Research industry)
