About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Performance Marketing , Meta Ads , Google Ads , and Lead Generation . This role requires someone who can independently manage paid marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality student leads for Indian University Admissions and Study Abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified student leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor CPL, CPA, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
- Develop audience targeting, keyword strategies, remarketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with the Design, Content, Counselling, and Technology teams to improve campaign performance.




- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and enquiry forms for better conversions.
- Ensure ethical advertising practices while maintaining high lead quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , and Meta Pixel .
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
