At Krber Stellium, we don't just implement software; we re-engineer the complex supply chains that keep the world moving. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager (8-14 Years Experience) who pairs delivery execution with an unstoppable bias for action.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end blueprint, execution, and delivery of high-stakes, SAP S/4HANA transformations and cutting-edge supply chain solutions (including SAP EWM, TM, and IBP) for a diverse, global client list. You will be the orchestrator of complex global rollouts, turning ambiguity into structured, high-performing reality.

Technical & Delivery Mindset The role requires an objective focus on delivery and the capacity to drive projects forward. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

- Takes full accountability for project delivery phases, resource deployment and Business outcomes.
- Identifies project delivery roadblocks early and addresses them by presenting functional, data-driven solutions.
- Successfully manages project timelines and shifting client requirements in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidently directs cross-functional consulting teams and communicates effectively with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Global Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and high-velocity delivery of complex global SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformations.
- Define razor-sharp project scopes, timelines, and budgets while proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
- Drive execution utilizing structured hybrid frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate) tailored to the speed of the clients business.
- Manage project financial metrics, resource utilization,



and cost optimization to ensure healthy project margins.

Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead a team of 10–15 functional and technical SAP consultants during development and deployment phases.
- Collaborate on resource planning and capacity allocation to maximize team utilization and balanced workloads.

Stakeholder & Change Architecture
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive client communication, masterfully managing expectations and navigating complex steering committees.
- Oversee organizational change management, business process optimization, and user adoption strategies to ensure long-term transformation success.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years directly managing end-to-end SAP global implementations and rollouts.
- Proven experience delivery-managing SAP S/4HANA transformations alongside core supply chain modules (SAP EWM, TM, or IBP).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (10+ consultants) across a global, onsite/offshore model.
- Practical expertise using SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Willingness to travel 20–30%.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certifications.
- Experience working within a global technology consulting firm or systems integrator.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
