AI Backend & Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a backend engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable backend systems while developing production-ready AI applications and autonomous workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable backend APIs, microservices, and databases.

- Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI models, vector databases, and third-party tools.
- Optimize performance, security, scalability, and deployment.

Required Skills

Backend: Python/Node.js, FastAPI/Flask/Django or Express/NestJS, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Docker,



CI/CD, Authentication, Async Programming.

AI: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, pgvector), OpenAI/Gemini/Claude/Llama.

Preferred

AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MCP, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry.
