(Meaningful work, not mechanical work.)

Build Meta & Google Ads that stop thumbs mid-scroll

Design email campaigns, landing pages, and brand kits that feel premium

Shape visual systems that make brands look sharp

Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and performance teams to bring ideas alive

Infuse storytelling, rhythm, and emotion into every visual touchpoint

Make designs clean enough for UI teams and bold enough for campaign walls

Evolve your craft constantly because every week at Porcellia looks different

This is a role where you’ll see your work live, not hidden in a folder. What You’ll Need

2–5 years of hands-on consumer-first design experience A strong command of Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator

Taste that’s refined, fast decision-making, and respect for structure

Ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams
