Experience: 10- 13 Years experience in Commercial/Corporate interior design

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop creative design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I; layouts, GFCs, typical details, and finish selections.
- Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design activities.
- Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining high execution standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements in project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



construction materials, and costs to ensure cutting-edge and cost-effective design solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop for design, documentation, and reporting tasks.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and creativity in preparing design presentation materials.
- Maintain a keen eye for design detail from concept development to on-site implementation.
- Ensure quality control and deliver excellence at every phase of the project, from initial concept to final completion.
- Knowledge & comfort working with zoning and building code.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in commercial and corporate interior design Coworking Industry experience will be an add on advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with all project phases, from concept to execution, with a proven ability to handle potential challenges.
- Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and industry-standard cost estimations.
