Learn more at www.dar.com Key Responsibilities: Perform design/analyses calculations related to wet utilities such as potable water, sewer, stormwater, highway drainage using governing engineering formulas, skills, and experience.

General Arrangements, Layouts, plans & profiles.

Research and prepare design options and documents.

Prepares engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, specifications and designs

Provides technical guidance to CAD Designers and junior Engineers working on the same project.

positive individual, interacting with clients through meetings and presentations.

Education and Professional Skills: Bachelors in Civil Engineering and/or Masters in Water Resources Engineering/Environmental/Hydraulics Engineering discipline.

8-12 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure engineering design particularly water, wastewater and storm drainage networks with progressively increasing responsibility.

Previous modelling development experience using SewerGems, WaterGems, HEC-HMS, HEC RAS, Infoworks ICM, WS Pro, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc…

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write explicit and concise reports.

Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication, initiative, motivation and a team player.

Experience working internationally, especially Africa and the Middle East would be an advantage.
