Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for data-centric applications.

- Perform data validation and quality testing across various data systems, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.

- Validate and ensure the functionality of Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, including activities, triggers, and parameterization.

- Conduct testing on data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes (ETL/ELT) to ensure data accuracy.

- Execute SQL queries for data reconciliation, completeness, and accuracy validation.

- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for data solutions.

- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.

- Collaborate effectively with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure seamless data operations.

- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Pandas for data manipulation and testing.

- Experience with Azure technologies including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake Gen2.

- Familiarity with testing automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
