We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy advanced predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Python, MLOps, and Cloud AI platforms, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deploy predictive analytics and machine learning models.
- Build statistical, optimization, and simulation models for business decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data quality assessments.
- Develop computer vision and NLP solutions where applicable.
- Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using RAG, LLMs, and intelligent assistants.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.




- Support pre-sales, proof-of-concepts, and AI solution development.
- Lead small teams of data scientists and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver enterprise AI and analytics solutions.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning.
- Strong Python programming skills with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, Time-Series Forecasting, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Databricks ML, or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Spark, Data Engineering, and MLOps.
- Experience with Docker, Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
