Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to build intelligent AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and classical machine learning techniques . The role focuses on developing agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and data-driven models to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Build LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop multi-agent workflows and tool-integrated AI systems
- Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, context generation)
- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques to structured and
- unstructured data




- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
- Work with SQL and PySpark for data extraction and transformation
- Evaluate model and LLM performance and iterate to improve results

Required Skills

Strong foundation in:

- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Statistics & Probability
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Hands-on experience with:

- LangChain / LangGraph
- RAG pipelines and embeddings
- Multi-agent systems / agentic AI

Strong data skills:

- SQL
- PySpark
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering ● Programming:
- Proficiency in Python

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and prompt engineering
- Experience working on real-world AI/ML use cases

Experience

- 4–8+ years in Data Science / AI Engineering
