We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in modern data management and cloud-based data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and Python, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modeling. The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to build scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Management projects.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure Databricks.

- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.

- Good understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).

- Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree (15 years of full time education) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.

- Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Azure Storage Accounts, Data Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture.

- Understanding of incremental and full data loading strategies.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data warehouse solutions.

- Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.

- Develop scalable Data Lakehouse solutions using Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).

- Design efficient data ingestion strategies, including full and incremental data loads.

- Develop and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.

- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

- Document data workflows, ETL processes, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, and Business Teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.

- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and ensure reliable data delivery.

- Follow best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
