Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with robust expertise in SAS and SQL to drive advanced analytics, business insights, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large enterprise datasets and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects using SAS and SQL.
- Design and optimize SAS programs and SQL scripts for large-scale data processing.
- Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Mentor junior analysts and support best practices in analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Required Skills
- Advanced hands-on expertise in SAS and SQL.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with large-scale data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Python, PySpark, Machine Learning, Cloud platforms, Power BI/Tableau, or Jira/Confluence will be an added advantage.
