Location :Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 per month

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Preferred Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane.

We are hiring a Senior Executive Customer Service for a leading Shipping & Logistics organization.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service within the Shipping & Logistics industry.
- Experience in Import & Export Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of shipping documentation and shipment coordination.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience handling Middle East or Southeast Asia customers/shipments will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Global Shipments is preferred.
- ISO Tank experience will be an added advantage.
