Key Responsibilities Creative Concept Development - Develop original creative concepts and campaign ideas for events, experiential marketing, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, launches, and IPs.
- Translate client briefs into engaging and impactful creative solutions.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to develop integrated creative ideas.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops. Copywriting & Content Creation - Write compelling copy across various formats including:
- Event concepts and themes
- Campaign narratives
- Pitch presentations
- Event scripts and emcee scripts
- AV and film scripts
- Digital campaigns
- Social media content
- Website copy
- Exhibition and branding collateral
- Invitations and communication material
- Email campaigns
- Internal communication
- Award entries
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, grammar, and brand voice. Pitch & Presentation Support - Develop persuasive pitch decks and presentation narratives.
- Craft storytelling frameworks that strengthen client presentations.
- Support the business development team during pitches and proposal creation.
Client
Collaboration - Understand client objectives, brands, and business challenges.
- Present creative concepts confidently to clients when required.
- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining creative integrity. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Client Servicing, Strategy, Design, Production, Digital, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with external partners, writers, translators, and content specialists whenever required.
Quality & Creative Excellence - Maintain high standards of writing and creative quality.
- Proofread and edit all communication before final delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines without compromising quality. Mentoring - Guide and mentor junior copywriters and interns.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
- Foster a collaborative and idea-driven creative culture.

Preferred Experience - 4–6 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an events, experiential marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agency.
- Experience writing for live events, brand experiences, exhibitions, launches, corporate events, and digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing concept development, campaign writing, event scripts, and presentation work.
Educational
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Literature, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Advertising, Communication, or Creative Writing is an added advantage.
