Create high-performing video ads for Meta and other performance marketing channels.
Turn insights and ideas into engaging scripts and scroll-stopping content.
Experiment with AI tools like Veo 3 and other generative AI platforms.
Analyze performance, iterate on winning creatives, and test new ideas.
Stay ahead of short-form content trends and bring fresh creative angles. What We’re Looking For ?
1 - 4 years of experience in performance content, Meta ads, or paid social creatives
Strong understanding of Meta ads and what makes short-form content perform.
Great scripting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to understand creative performance and turn insights into better content.
Someone energetic, curious, proactive, and excited to experiment.
