Your work profile

- 10+ years of overall IT experience in Oracle technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EBS (R12 or later), and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Robust experience in Oracle Analytics / BI / Reporting tools, with exposure to AI/ML-based data insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and deployments.
- Proficiency in Data Migration to Fusion
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX development and customization.
- Experience in integrating AI capabilities (chatbots, data models, or embedded ML) within Oracle applications or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in technical solution design, architecture reviews, and proposal/RFP drafting.




- Proven ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Drive technical solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including proposal preparation, solution architecture, and effort estimation.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to align business requirements with technical feasibility.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration management, and performance optimization.
- Lead client discussions, provide technical presentations, and support pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
