Requirements

- 5+ years of professional civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, or public works experience
- Hands-on responsibility for engineering design, technical review, permitting, or project delivery
- Robust understanding of real-world civil engineering workflows and decision-making
- Experience preparing engineering calculations, plans, reports, specifications, or design documentation
- Familiarity with regulatory approvals, environmental review, public agency oversight, or construction coordination

Preferred Background

- Professional Engineer license
- Experience with major engineering firms, contractors, government agencies, state DOTs, municipalities, utilities, or public infrastructure organizations
- Direct ownership of large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience writing engineering standards, design documentation, training materials, technical assessments, or evaluation rubrics
