Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Career Counsellor to oversee and guide a team of School Counsellors across assigned schools. The role focuses on mentoring counsellors, monitoring performance, ensuring quality career guidance, and building strong relationships with school stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, counselling, and team management skills with experience in the education or EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, mentor, and support School Counsellors across assigned schools.
- Track counsellor performance through regular reviews and defined KPIs.
- Guide counsellors on career counselling, student engagement, and admission processes.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality career guidance to students and parents.
- Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams for smooth execution of counselling activities.
- Monitor counselling data, student engagement,



and admission conversion reports.
- Prepare MIS reports and share performance insights with management.
- Organize training sessions to enhance counsellors' knowledge and counselling effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, counselling standards, and reporting timelines.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Career Counselling, Academic Counselling, or the Education/EdTech industry.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team of counsellors is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
