Senior Business Systems Analyst (Jira) – Contract

Experience: 10+ Years

Contract: 6–8 Months

Location: Remote (Work From Home – India)

Overlap: Must work with the US team until 2:00 PM ET (approx. 12:00 AM IST , DST applicable)

Compensation: ₹25–35 LPA CTC (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Configure and optimize Jira (workflows, projects, screens, permissions, custom fields).
- Manage Jira Service Management (JSM) processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
- Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT, releases, process improvements, dashboards, reporting, and automation.




- Drive stakeholder workshops and recommend Jira best practices and governance.

Required Skills
- 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst / Atlassian Consultant.
- Robust hands-on experience with Jira Cloud/Data Center and Confluence .
- Expertise in Jira administration, workflows, permissions, schemes, and JSM.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, documentation (BRDs/FRDs), and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- US Healthcare or Health Insurance experience.
- Jira Cloud migration, ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, integrations.
- Atlassian ACP certifications.
- Experience with TestRail, Zephyr, or similar QA tools.
