Senior Business Systems Analyst (Jira) – Contract

Experience: 10+ Years

Contract: 6–8 Months

Location: Remote (Work From Home – India)

Overlap: Must work with the US team until 2:00 PM ET (approx. 12:00 AM IST, DST applicable)

Compensation: ₹25–35 LPA CTC (based on experience)

Domain: US Healthcare / Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

Configure and optimize Jira (workflows, projects, screens, permissions, custom fields).

Manage Jira Service Management (JSM) processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).

Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.

Support UAT, releases, process improvements, dashboards, reporting, and automation.





Drive stakeholder workshops and recommend Jira best practices and governance.

Required Skills

10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst / Atlassian Consultant.

Solid hands-on experience with Jira Cloud/Data Center and Confluence.

Expertise in Jira administration, workflows, permissions, schemes, and JSM.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, documentation (BRDs/FRDs), and stakeholder management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

US Healthcare or Health Insurance experience.

Jira Cloud migration, ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, integrations.

Atlassian ACP certifications.

Experience with TestRail, Zephyr, or similar QA tools.
