About the Role

MantraCare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent B2B clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates,



and pipeline reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Corporate Sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, HR solutions, SaaS, or corporate services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
