Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects in the Engineering Consultancy, Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit periodic business reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of business development experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Oil & Gas, AEC, or Industrial Projects.
- Strong network with clients, consultants, and EPC organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
