Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for an Inside Sales / Academic Counselling role in the EdTech space. The role involves engaging with working professionals, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right executive education programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with senior and mid-level working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
- Drive B2C sales by pitching executive education programs and converting leads into enrollments
- Act as a Program Advisor / Learning Consultant / Career Counsellor to guide candidates on career growth




- Handle end-to-end admission counselling lifecycle from lead qualification to closure
- Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure high engagement
- Schedule counselling sessions and provide complete program information
- Maintain accurate data, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Key Skills & Requirements

- 1+ years experience in:

- Inside Sales / Telesales
- Admission Counselling / Academic Counselling
- Business Development / B2C Sales

- EdTech Sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and consultative selling skills
- Solid ability to handle objections and close sales
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Basic CRM knowledge and sales tracking
