? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads into admissions
- Handle student enquiries and follow up with potential candidates
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
- Contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in sales or business development

✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills

✅ Robust negotiation and follow-up skills

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✅ Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage
