Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain , excellent documentation capabilities, and solid SQL skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries.
- Support requirement discussions, UAT activities, and issue resolution.




- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure documentation quality.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst .
- Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain .
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data querying and analysis.
- Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates based in Bangalore or Chennai .
- Female candidates preferred.
- Immediate or short notice joiners will be highly preferred.
