Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated workflows for somatic, germline variant analysis, exome, whole genome, and targeted panels of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data (Clinical genomics)

- Integrate commercial platforms for end-to-end clinical data processing, quality control and interpretation

- Collaborate with genome analysts on variant report interpretation

- Collaborate with the sequencing team for data generation and quality control

- Contribute to multi-omics translational research (spatial transcriptomics, methylome, bulk RNA-Seq, WGS, proteomics)

- Manage large-scale biological datasets, ensuring integrity and reproducibility

- Lead bioinformatics project management workflows, timelines, and quality standards

- Mentor junior bioinformaticians

- Mentor interns/trainees for internship program

Required Qualifications

- PhD/Master's in Bioinformatics

- 3–5+ years of experience in bioinformatics with clinical genomics and NGS

- Robust knowledge of Illumina platforms

- Experience with variant calling/annotation tools/visualization tools

- Proficiency in variant interpretation databases, cancer panels

- Proficiency in R, Python, Conda, Docker, Bash and Linux environments
