Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team.
- Manage and support production data pipelines on GCP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and data issues.
- Develop and optimize Airflow DAGs.
- Perform SQL tuning, data backfills, and pipeline enhancements.
- Ensure smooth production deployments with proper change management.
- Drive automation and continuous improvements using Python and SQL.

Required Experience





- 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Google BigQuery, Airflow, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of SCD Type 1/2, partitioning, clustering, and data modeling.
- Experience leading technical teams or handling Technical Lead responsibilities.
- Good understanding of production support and ITIL/change management processes.
