We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong backend development experience to build scalable, high-performance applications and distributed systems.





Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.

? Build and optimize microservices for high availability and performance.

? Develop event-driven applications using Kafka and distributed caching with Redis.

? Design efficient database schemas and optimize PostgreSQL queries.

? Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes.

? Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills

✔ 2–5 years of backend development experience.

✔ Solid proficiency in Java and/or Python.

✔ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.

✔ Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.

✔ Strong understanding of API design, database optimization, and system performance.

✔ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

⭐ Experience with React.js or Next.js.

⭐ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
