Role Description The Senior Beauty Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering a premium, personalized customer experience in-store. This role involves welcoming and engaging customers, conducting skin and beauty consultations, and recommending suitable Kimirica products aligned with individual needs and preferences.

Advisor will demonstrate product usage, explain ingredients and benefits, and maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections and launches. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets, managing visual merchandising standards, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring a clean,



organized, and luxurious store environment. The role also includes handling customer queries and feedback, supporting training of junior team members, and contributing to promotional activities and events.

Qualifications - Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to conduct basic consultations and recommend appropriate products.

- Comprehensive product knowledge across beauty, skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories, with interest in vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including relationship-building, upselling, and managing point-of-sale interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time schedule, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Previous experience in beauty retail, spa, salon, or luxury lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and professional presentation.
- Basic computer literacy for billing, inventory systems, and reporting; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Certification or formal training in cosmetology or skincare is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
