What will you be a part of?

Consulting India works with drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies to understand their complex business needs and help them make informed decisions. The team creates strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by designing and executing custom market research studies, conceiving new data analysis methods, and drawing insights from complex datasets.

What does your day look like as a Senior Associate?

- As a Senior Associate, you will be focusing on successful project execution
- You will be responsible for the execution of project activities that cover the project lifecycle from start to completion, including but not limited to:
- Data collection: Pressure-testing data collection tools and methods, ensuring that the data that flows in through these tools are accurate.
- Data processing: Monitoring data collected,



performing pre-analysis sanity checks to ensure data quality and organizing the data in a way thats easy to analyze
- Data analysis: Reviewing the data and data cuts in line with the clients business questions and modifying existing/creating recent views as required.
- Client delivery: Develop the client deliverable with inputs from the AC / C (typically in PowerPoint decks) in line with the storyboard finalized by the team. Through building these presentations, Associates are expected to build context on clients, projects and therapeutic areas
- At any given time, you will be expected to work on ~2 average-sized projects that span across different pharmaceutical brands/drugs from the same or different client.

What will make you successful as a Senior Associate candidate?

Required Skills/Expertise:

- A degree in life-sciences related/or a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business, statistics, mathematics)
- 1 to 3 years experience in life sciences and/or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering analytically robust, data-driven strategic stories
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in teams

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

- Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc.)
- Experience in qualitative market research
- Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries.
