Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA) Private Limited (CENTA) is a 10-year-old education company, focused on making teaching a more aspirational profession, and through that, fundamentally impacting the quality of education in a self-sustained market-driven manner. CENTA Certification is widely used in teacher recruiting, promotions, etc. As a result of the opportunities and rewards created, a much larger population of teachers is motivated to continuously improve their competencies and be more effective. Role and Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality professional development programmes, workshops, self-paced courses, assessments,
and learning resources for teachers.
Write, edit, and review learning content to ensure pedagogical quality, language accuracy, and learner engagement.
Create assessments, rubrics, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and other instructional resources aligned with learning outcomes.
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of learning product development projects,
ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, subject experts, trainers, institutions, and external partners to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Analyse learner feedback, assessment data, and engagement metrics to continuously improve learning products.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of learning products and the Learning section on the CENTA App.
Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading ability in
English. Candidates should be able to produce clear, concise, and engaging learning content for teachers.
4 to 5 years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, curriculum development, teacher professional development, or training. A teaching background is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, assessment design, and adult learning principles.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive tasks to completion.
Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality learning content.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative, proactive, and self-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
