: Senior Associate – MIS (Finance Operations) Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a detail-oriented experienced MIS professional – MIS to support our Finance Operations team through data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining finance operations dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
· Create, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for Finance Operations.
· Develop interactive dashboards using Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) to track key operational and financial metrics.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with high accuracy and adherence to timelines.
· Analyze data, identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
· Work closely with Finance Operations and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
· Ensure data integrity by validating reports and resolving data inconsistencies.
· Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
· Support ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and presentations for business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Finance Operations, or Data Analytics.
· Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
· Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within defined timelines.
· Experience with Power BI is good to have. What We're Looking For
