Knowledge of different types of mortgages, its functioning, documents involved in Mortgage Processing (Income, Tax, Purchase, Sales Documents) 3. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Responsibilities : 1.
Perform
Review on Loan Foreclosure Documents including checking the status of MIN in compliance to the program and Guidelines 2. Provide timely reports and observations during the process 3. Inform certain groups to resolve discrepancies and/or advise of loan status 4. Follows up on outstanding conditions 5. Updating the findings in the system /prescribed format 6. Raising flags on any potential issues Education Qualifications: 1.
Graduation is mandatory Additional Requirements: 1. Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage; 2. Should be flexible working in shifts based on client requirements 3. Has to be open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary
