Job Responsibilities

- Supports implementation and documentation activities related to firm or engagement-level analytical or quality initiatives.
- Assists in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks and controls related to analytical processes.
- Supports evaluation, monitoring, and remediation activities related to analytical quality and effectiveness.
- Prepares analysis, documentation, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborates across teams to support consistent execution of analytics-related initiatives.
- Performs ad hoc analytical and documentation tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPA designation completed or in progress.
- Experience supporting internal controls, quality management, or governance initiatives.

Additional Role Expectations

- Travel: Limited.
- Peak Periods: Increased workload during evaluation or reporting cycles.
- Licensure Progress: Active progress toward CPA where applicable.
