> B.Arch, M.Arch -Strong design expertise with spatial planning, concept development & understanding client needs within environmental context.
- Effective communicator with confidence in presentations and ability to coordinate with clients, vendors & site teams.
- Skilled in execution, detailing, and project ownership -from drawings and 3D models to managing timelines, budgets, and site supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Rendering tools (V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape) & MS Office.
- Very Well groomed/ Strong Communication
