Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through execution and final handover, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of architects, designers, and site engineers by assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and monitoring performance.

- Foster collaboration, motivate team members, and ensure effective coordination across departments to achieve project objectives.

- Develop, review, and approve architectural designs, drawings, layouts, specifications, and construction documentation in line with client requirements and industry standards.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating project risks.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.





- Ensure all projects comply with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and environmental standards.

- Review material specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and technical proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and project feasibility.

- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative design solutions, and sustainable construction methods to enhance project quality and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch with 5+ years of architectural project management experience.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.

- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of construction practices and statutory regulations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
