Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and project execution for industrial and warehousing developments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

- Development Control Regulations (DCR) & FSI Norms
- National Building Code (NBC) Compliance
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Adobe Suite
- Design Review & Coordination
- Statutory Approvals & Regulatory Compliance
- Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate architectural designs submitted by consultants.
- Prepare and assess test-fit layouts for land acquisition opportunities.
- Review and approve Good for Construction (GFC)

- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and project teams for approvals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project standards.
- Identify design risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Establish architectural quality standards and documentation processes.
- Manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Industrial Parks, Warehousing, Logistics, or Commercial Developments.
- Exposure to consultant management and design coordination.
- Solid understanding of statutory approval processes and development regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
