Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Handle denial management by identifying and appealing denied claims.
- Conduct revenue cycle management activities, including medical billing and appeals processing.
- Utilize US healthcare knowledge to effectively communicate with patients and providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints related to RCM services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Denial Handling, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, Denials, Appeals.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare industry regulations and processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone or email.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy rates.
