As a Service Support Manager, youll play a key role in supporting our Commercial and Corporate customers in the UK Retail Business. Youll ensure smooth delivery of renewal and new business services, collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, and help shape a future defined by exceptional service.

How you'll make an impact In this role, youll be the go-to person for Account Executives and Handlers, ensuring seamless support throughout the policy lifecycle. Youll actively participate in strategic renewal meetings, guide a team of Account Handlers, and take proactive steps to ensure pre- and post-renewal activities are completed on time. By fostering strong relationships with branch staff, youll help enhance the overall customer experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

- - Monitoring and following up on activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling queries efficiently to reduce rework.
- Collaborating with branches to identify tasks that can be offshored.





About you Youre a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You thrive in stakeholder management and take ownership of your work. You have a solid understanding of the insurance domain and a knack for logical thinking and decision-making.

What youll bring

- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- A degree in a relevant field (Bachelors or Masters).
- Insurance certification (preferred).
- Experience in service transition or onboarding (a plus).
- Onshore travel experience (a plus).
