1. Senior Analyst – Operations (Apprenticeship Portal)

The Senior Analyst role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management, enhancement, and smooth functioning of the Apprenticeship Portal . This includes overseeing portal content, design, workflows, modules, user experience, and system improvements. The position also handles stakeholder engagement, grievance management, technical queries, and cross‑departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for portal operations and improvements.
- Manage portal performance, identify bugs, coordinate fixes, and support new features.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including MSDE, state governments, establishments, candidates, NSDC IT, and vendors.
- Conduct portal demonstrations, trainings, and provide handholding support for users.
- Handle grievances related to apprenticeship processes and the portal.
- Conduct content audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundancies.
- Support documentation, pitch decks, presentations, and represent NSDC at various forums.




- Coordinate internally within NSDC and with state engagement teams.
- Facilitate networking with central/state government bodies for timely project delivery.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by NSDC.

Requirements Qualification & Experience

- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentations in formal/informal settings.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English & Hindi ; knowledge of an additional vernacular language is an advantage.
