Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Global Compensation with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, you'll be an integral part of the Total Rewards team under larger Global HR Shared Services, contributing significantly to strategic development, seamless implementation, and effective ongoing administration of our worldwide compensation programs. Your expertise will be crucial in participating in salary surveys and benchmarking initiatives, meticulously analyzing compensation data, and proactively supporting the continuous enhancement of our global compensation processes and policies. You'll also be responsible for the accurate administration of new job creations on our HRMS, ensuring consistency with our job architecture framework.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Conducted job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking analyses.
- Supported salary surveys, job matching, and benchmark identification activities.




- Assisted in the administration of compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Prepared compensation-related reports and performed ad hoc analysis.
- Maintained job architecture and ensured data accuracy and consistency.
- Managed job creation and maintained the organizational job inventory.
- Ensured accurate classification of roles, including exemption status and EEO categorization.
- Supported stock administration reporting and platform maintenance.
- Provided compensation guidance to HR teams on hiring, promotions, and job changes.
- Participated in salary survey data collection, analysis, and reporting.

About you

Qualifications:

- Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
