- Development: Design, build, and evolve a foundational Agentic Automation Platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph to support multiple enterprise-grade business processes.
- Reusable &
- Scalable Architecture: Develop reusable agent templates, structured output frameworks, policy engines, and tool libraries to enable rapid onboarding of current business processes with guaranteed compliance.
- Enterprise Process Automation: Implement end-to-end automation for enterprise processes such as Vendor / Business Partner Onboarding, Logistics, and Leasing, integrating real-time and asynchronous external API verifications with mandatory checklist enforcement.

- Determinism: Ensure strict compliance through policy-as-code enforcement, deterministic agent workflows, auditable executions, and secure handling of enterprise data.
- Technical Leadership &
- Platform Maturity: Mentor development teams, establish best practices, maintain internal documentation, and build a developer-facing platform framework scalable across 10+ business processes.
- Design and build a foundational Agentic AI Automation Platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns that are extensible across business domains.
- Create reusable platform components including: o Shared Policy Engine (Cedar or equivalent) o Agent templates and Pydantic-based structured output patterns o Reusable tool/action groups for email services, ERP integrations, verification APIs, risk scoring, etc.
- Implement deterministic agent workflows with strict output validation using Pydantic v2, JSON Schema, and structured outputs.
- Integrate multiple external APIs supporting both real-time and asynchronous agent interactions.
- Build and manage backend services including: o DynamoDB (multi-process schemas)



o S3 for document storage o Step Functions for orchestration o EventBridge for scheduling and triggers o API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito - Support frontend frameworks using React 18 + AWS Amplify where required.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (Python preferred) or Terraform.
- Ensure solutions are secure, auditable, cost-optimized, and production-grade.
- Create internal developer documentation and contribute to a shared platform knowledge base.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into scalable agentic workflows.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience building production systems on AWS.
- Strong hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using LangGraph (preferred) or equivalent frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, or Bedrock Agents in production.
- Proven experience in designing reusable platforms or frameworks, not just single-use implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in:o Deterministic workflowso Memory managemento Policy enforcemento Structured and validated outputs- Experience integrating multiple external APIs.
- Experience with enterprise business process automation.
- Prior ownership of platform-level AI or automation initiatives.
