Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer with solid expertise in Python and Snowflake to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions that automate business processes, enhance decision-making, and optimize enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience building Agentic AI applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestrating AI agents, and developing scalable data engineering solutions on Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI & Generative AI

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, agent memory management, and guardrails for secure AI operations.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI agent performance, reliability, and governance.

Snowflake Data Engineering

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines on Snowflake.
- Create and optimize Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views,



stored procedures, streams, and tasks.
- Implement ELT/ETL solutions for structured and semi-structured data.
- Optimize query performance, warehouse utilization, and Snowflake cost efficiency.
- Leverage Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Time Travel, Cloning, Data Sharing, and RBAC.
- Support enterprise-scale data migration and modernization initiatives.

Python Development

- Develop robust Python applications, APIs, automation utilities, and backend services.
- Build reusable Python frameworks for AI workflows, data processing, and integrations.
- Create REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Develop automation for monitoring, orchestration, reporting, and operational excellence.
- Implement unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and deployment automation.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and data teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote AI adoption across teams.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, architecture reviews, and innovation initiatives.
