Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage revenue accounting, accounts receivable, debt collection, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate should have robust Excel skills, knowledge of Tally, and experience in GST/TDS reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile revenue transactions.

Follow up on outstanding payments and manage debtors.

Prepare and maintain reports in Excel.

Perform reconciliations (26AS, GSTR-1, GST, TDS, Sales Register, Collections).

Monitor debtors aging and support cash flow tracking.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, IF, etc.) and Tally ERP.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
