We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the seamless operation of our business.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, and a keen eye for detail. As an Accountant at Gentleman Regency Plaza, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial health of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Management: Handle daily financial transactions, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and account reconciliation.
- ERP System Usage: Efficiently operate and maintain the company's ERP software to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Assistance: Assist with internal and external audits and ensure all financial records are up to date and comply with regulations.
- Tax and Compliance:



Ensure timely filing of taxes and maintain compliance with statutory regulations related to the hotel industry.
- Vendor and Payment Management: Process invoices, payments, and manage vendor relationships related to hotel operations.
- Cash Management: Maintain cash flow records, handle petty cash, and manage bank deposits and withdrawals.
- Cost Control: Monitor operational costs and suggest areas for improvement in financial efficiency.
- Customer Invoicing and Receivables: Oversee customer billing, ensure accuracy, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Requirements:

- Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the accounting industry, with a preference for candidates with hotel industry experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in using ERP software (experience with hotel management systems is a plus).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Familiarity with the financial management of bars and restaurants within a hotel setting.
