We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Academic Counsellors / Telecallers to guide students through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with students, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound admission calls.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for successful enrollments.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.





Performance Expectations
- Monthly target: Minimum 5 admissions.
- Candidates are expected to consistently achieve assigned admission targets.
- Performance-based salary and incentives are offered according to company policy.
