Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Technical Recruiter with 7–8 years of proven experience in recruiting for the semiconductor/VLSI industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring highly skilled semiconductor professionals across Analog, Digital, Mixed-Signal, ASIC, FPGA, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, Embedded Systems, and related domains.

The candidate must be comfortable working in the US Shift and managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor and VLSI positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for roles including:
- ASIC Design & Verification
- Physical Design
- DFT (Design for Test)
- FPGA Design
- Analog & Mixed-Signal Design
- RTL Design
- Embedded Systems
- Firmware Development
- SoC Design
- Validation & Silicon Bring-up
- PCB Hardware Design
- Screen resumes and conduct technical pre-screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Build and maintain a strong semiconductor talent pipeline.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, hiring targets, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Required Skills
- 7–8 years of experience in Semiconductor/VLSI Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for US clients.
- Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for US staffing or product engineering companies.
- Familiarity with US employment practices and recruitment processes.
