TCS is looking for experienced Segment CDP QA Leads with strong expertise in Twilio Segment, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Testing, and API Testing. The role involves leading QA initiatives for customer data platforms, validating customer data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy across integrated systems, and delivering high-quality solutions for marketing, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Twilio Segment / Segment CDP
• Experience in QA Lead / Test Lead roles
- Robust expertise in Data Testing and Data Validation
- Hands-on experience in API Testing
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
- Experience in Integration Testing
- Experience validating customer data pipelines and event tracking
- Knowledge of ETL Testing concepts
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Experience with tools such as Postman
- Strong understanding of test planning, test strategy, and defect management
- Experience working with analytics and marketing platforms is an added advantage
