Job Title: SOC Analyst / SOC Lead / SOC Manager

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Location: PAN India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SOC professionals to join our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, SIEM monitoring, incident detection and response, threat hunting, log analysis, and endpoint security. Candidates with expertise in leading SOC teams, handling security incidents, and improving detection capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools.
- Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents.
- Perform threat detection, threat hunting, and incident analysis.
- Analyze logs from servers, applications, firewalls, and network devices.
- Work with EDR/XDR solutions to detect and remediate endpoint threats.
- Conduct malware analysis and coordinate incident containment and recovery.
- Develop and fine-tune SIEM use cases, alerts, and correlation rules.
- Utilize the MITRE ATT&CK; framework for threat mapping and detection improvement.
- Monitor IDS/IPS alerts and investigate suspicious network activity.




- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to resolve vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture.
- Prepare incident reports, dashboards, and security metrics.
- For Lead/Manager roles, mentor SOC analysts, manage escalations, and drive SOC process improvements.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel .
- Hands-on experience in Incident Response and Threat Detection .
- Expertise in Log Analysis and Security Event Monitoring.
- Experience with EDR/XDR solutions such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Defender .
- Valuable understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK; Framework .
- Knowledge of IDS/IPS technologies.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP , networking protocols, and network security concepts.
- Experience in Windows and Linux Security Administration .
- Knowledge of malware analysis, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with SOAR platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with scripting using Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIH, GCIA, Splunk Certified, Microsoft SC-200, or CISSP .
